Do you want the DNR to participate in your event or activity?

The DNR and its divisions receive numerous requests to participate in various events. If you want to make a request, please read the following guidelines, then fill out and submit the form. Doing so will help us determine how best to respond to your request.

Guidelines

  1. Please submit your request at least 60 days before the event.
  2. We will notify you within 30 days of your request.
  3. Due to scheduling conflicts or other circumstances beyond our control, a previously approved participation may be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
  4. Any press releases, sound bytes, printed materials, etc., that use DNR logos or related information, must receive prior approval before distribution.
