The Department of Natural Resources, like other Utah State agencies, began the "Working 4 Utah" initiative on August 4. This means that all department offices, including our division offices, have extended service hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m, Monday through Thursday. Business offices are closed all day on Fridays.

Hours of operation have not changed for the various state parks throughout Utah all remain open according to their original schedules. Department law enforcement operations have not changed either. Those services that are currently automated or online are, of course, not affected by the new four-day work week.
